How to scan an iotspot/NFC tag

iotspot devices and iotspot NFC tags are NFC ready, so you can scan them and immediately find that workplace.

Scanning an iotspot/NFC tag

In order to successfully scan an iotspot/NFC tag, make sure you have the following in mind:

  1. Enable NFC scanning (Android only)
  2. Know where your NFC reader is located
  3. Remove any phone accessories that might interfere with the scan
  4. Hold your NFC reader to the iotspot/NFC tag for at least 1 second

Note: The position of the NFC reader is located in the top part of the iPhone.

NFC scanning on Android

On Android, NFC needs to be enabled in order for the phone to use it. As there are a lot of different Android phones that do or do not have NFC, please check your settings first.
