- Organization -> Locations -> Location -> Location Details
In the Location Details tab, you can change information about your office as well as configure some of the settings, such as the hours when the office is open. To configure a Location, you will need to be either an Organization Manager or a Location Manager with Control Center access permission.
Location details explained
|In App location image
|The image that will be displayed for this location on the Location Overview screen in the User app.
|The name of the location, visible to the End User on the Location Overview screen.
|The e-mail address of the person responsible for the management of the internal iotspot team.
|Address (including Zip code, City, Country)
|The address of the location. Used to show where the office is located on a map.
|Latitude / Longitude
|The exact location of the office. Can be adjusted by clicking on the "Set location" button and dragging the location pointer to the correct place.
|Set a time zone for the office.
|Open / till
|Set the opening hours of the office. It is not possible to book workspaces for times outside the opening hours.
|Room / desk booking working days ahead
|Defines how many days in advance can someone book a room or a desk respectively.
|Team Zones / End Time
|Defines whether Team Zones are enabled and until what time.
|Defines the order in which this location appears in the Locations list of the Organization overview.
|Enables the No-Show functionality (currently unavailable).
|If set to "Yes", the location will be visible in the iotspot user app.
