Check the following items before continuing:
- I've checked my spam for the login email
- I'm using the correct email address (company email address)
- I'm trying to login to the End User App (not the setup app).
If you're trying to login to the setup app and run into troubles, please send an email to email@example.com
How to request a new email:
Login with name and company email.
After sending the login email you can double check where the email was send. Additionally, you can choose to send a new email by clicking "I didn't receive the email :("
If you are not automatically added to your company after login, the email you used for login is not connected to your company. Please use your company's email (i.e. firstname.lastname@example.org)
