If you're having trouble signing in again to the iotspot Control Center or Setup App, please read this email to reset your password.
On the 28th of december all admins were re-invited to the control center. This email was valid for 24 hours. If you were not able to create your new password within those 24 hours, logging in with the current temporary password will now show the error message "Incorrect username or password".
To reset your password, fill in your email and click on the "Forgot Password" button. (if the link does not work, clear your browser cache, see instructions below)
After that, you will receive a password reset confirmation code (6 digits) in your inbox. You can fill in this code along with your new password to reset it.
After you've reset your password. Use the new password to login and configure MFA (If needed, depending on your organization's settings)

Als je problemen hebt met het inloggen in het nieuwe iotspot 2.0 Control Center of Setup App, lees de instructies in deze email.
Op 28 december is er een email verstuurd naar alle administrators met een nieuwe uitnodiging voor iotspot 2.0. Het tijdelijke wachtwoord in deze email was 24 uur geldig. Dit betekent dat admins die later dan 24 uur na ontvangst probeerde in te loggen met dit wachtwoord de volgende error ontvingen: "Incorrect username or password".
Om je wachtwoord te resetten, vul je je email in en klik je daarna op de "Forgot Password" link. (Als de link niet werkt, leeg dan je internet browser cache. Zie verder in dit artikel hoe)
Hierna ontvang je een wachtwoord reset code (6 cijfers) in je email inbox. Gebruik deze code op de volgende pagina en vul je nieuwe wachtwoord in om het te resetten.
Als je hierna je wachtwoord gereset hebt, gebruik dan dit nieuwe wachtwoord samen met je email om in te loggen. Afhankelijk van de instellingen van je organisatie, is het hierna wel of niet nodig om nog de MFA te configureren.
