The Web Booking portal has three available views that you can toggle in any configuration you need:
- Organisation view (shows all locations of your organization)
- Floors view (provides details about the floors within your location)
- My team view (overview and controls for your team). This view appears on the right side of the screen.
Each view can be toggled independently using the three icons in the top-left corner of the screen:
Organisation view shows the Hybrid Workspace and all locations within your organisation. It also provides a quick overview of desk availability and present team members.
You can select a building by clicking on it. The selected building will be highlighted and its information (including the map) will be loaded. It might take a few seconds to load the map.
Floors view provides details about the floors and zones within your selection and allows you to choose a workplace for booking.
You can open and collapse floors and zones. Your current selections will be highlighted and only workplaces within your selection will be displayed on the map.
You can book a workplace directly from this view by clicking on a workplace icon.
My team view
My team view toggles the overview of your team members and allows you to add colleagues to your list or remove them from it. This view appears on the right side of the screen.
