What’s new:
Filter by Hardware Type You can now filter workplaces based on their hardware type—making it easier to find and manage specific setups, such as dummy devices or sensor-equipped workspaces.
Optional Column in List View: Hardware type can also be added as a column in the workplace list, giving you a clear overview at a glance.
Ideal for Admins & Billing Oversight: Quickly see how many of each hardware type are in use, especially useful for auditing or billing purposes.
New Policy: (Optionally) Disable Anonymous Booking for Desks: More transparency, fewer anonymous reservations.
What’s new:
Policy to Block Anonymous Bookings: Admins can now apply a policy to specific workplace collections that disables the option to book anonymously.
User Confirmation Required: If you normally book invisibly, you’ll now see a pop-up when selecting these desks. To proceed, you must agree to book with your name visible.
Clearer Workplace Use: This feature helps ensure all desk reservations are traceable—ideal for managed environments or third-party integrations.

- Set Advance Parking Limits per Location: In the Control Center, you can now define how many days in advance users are allowed to book parking—just like for desks and rooms.

Workplace Policies – Smarter Reservation Controls, All in One Place: Workplace management just got sharper and more centralized.
What’s new:
- New Control Center Section: Workplace Policies Workplace policies are now part of the revamped Control Center, giving admins one centralized hub to manage workplace-specific rules and behaviors with more flexibility and control.
- Reservation Warnings Admins can configure workplaces to show a warning message to specific users when they attempt to make a reservation—ideal for soft guidance without blocking access.
- Reservation Blocks Workplaces can now be set to fully block reservations for certain users or user groups. A clear “reservation prevented” message is shown, so there's no confusion.
- Max Reservation Duration Set a maximum time limit for reservations per workplace. If a reservation exceeds the configured time (in minutes), users will see a message informing them of the limit.

Workplace Collections – Add or Remove Workplaces with Ease: Managing collections is now faster and more flexible.
What’s new:
- Multi-Select to Manage Collections: Support users can now select multiple workplaces and choose to either add them to an existing collection or create a new one—all in just a few clicks.
- Category Consistency Check: If you select workplaces across different categories (desks, rooms, parking), you’ll get a clear message: “Different workplace categories selected. It is not possible to add these to the same workplace collection.”
- Add to Existing Collection: Quickly browse and select from available workplace collections that match the selected category.
- Create New Collection: Enter a name and optional description to create a new collection. The system checks for unique names within the same location to avoid duplicates. A smarter, cleaner way to organize your workspaces—especially in larger environments.

You can now view the heartbeat status and communication log of your sensors. This feature improves the monitoring of sensor performance and helps with quick troubleshooting.

Improved security
We have further improved the security of the Control Centre:
▪ Invite-based access control: Access to the Control Centre remains by invitation only,
ensuring that only authorised personnel can use these critical management tools.
▪ Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): MFA is now applied to all users, providing an
additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.
