Interface indicators
The Web Booking Portal provides several interface indicators to highlight your reservations:
- In the Organisation View - the building is marked with a blue stripe and you can see your upcoming booking.
- In the Date Selector - the days on which you have existing reservations are marked with a blue dot.
Previewing existing reservations
In order to view your existing reservations, click on the 
("calendar") icon at the top-right of the screen.
A "Reservations" window will pop up, giving you an overview of all reservations that you currently have. You can switch between Desk and Room reservations using the tabs within the window.
How to cancel a reservation
Clicking on a workspace icon will open the booking screen, which also includes an overview of all existing reservations for that workspace for the selected date.
You can cancel your reservation by clicking on the 
("trash bin") icon.
