In cases where SSO users cannot log into the mobile app directly from their mobile devices, they can proceed by using a QR code generated within the Web Booking Portal.
Generating the QR code
- Log into the Web Booking Portal
- Click on the 3 dots (more) on the right hand side
- Click 'Login to mobile app'
Scanning the QR code from the mobile app
- Open the iotspot mobile app
- Tap the QR code symbol on the login screen
- Tap 'Scan QR Code' to open the camera on your mobile device and scan the QR code from the Web Booking Portal
