Troubleshooting app login issues
E-mail not received
Sometimes, the e-mails from iotspot might be blocked by your organization's or your own mail filters. Make sure to always check your spam folder!
If you didn't receive the login e-mail, you can request it to be re-sent by clicking on the "I did not receive an email" button or restarting the process.
Check the following items before requesting a new login e-mail:
- I've checked my spam for the login e-mail
- I'm using the correct e-mail address (company e-mail address)
- I'm trying to login to the End User App (not the setup app).
Regardless of the issue you are facing, try to restart the login process following the instructions exactly. If the issue persists or is not on this list, please note at which step it occurs and let us know at email@example.com
