The Edit function can be used to set or change configuration of a iotspot device. If you need to configure multiple iotspot devices using the same configuration, please use the Bulk Edit function. It is also possible to configure iotspots using the Control Center (except for the Workplace image).
Configuring a iotspot device
To select a iotspot device to configure, you need to either scan it with your phone (make sure you have NFC enabled!) or to enter the device ID manually.
Once the device information is loaded, you will see the configuration screen.
Note: Configuration settings reset after a iotspot is configured! To configure multiple devices using the same settings, use the Bulk Edit function.

Configuration screen explained
| Icon / Name / Device ID | Indicates the device that you are currently configuring. |
| Location | You can set the location to any office within your organization where you are a manager. |
| Floor | You can select any floor within the chosen location. |
| Zone | You can select any zone within the chosen floor. |
| Cluster ID | Identifies which cluster the workspace belongs to. |
| Sequence number | Workspace number within the cluster. |
| Category | The general category of the workspace that you are configuring (Desk / Room) |
| Type | The Workplace Type of the workspace that you are configuring |
| Capacity (Rooms only) | Indicate how many people the meeting room can accommodate. |
| Note | Additional workspace description. Will be visible to the End User if they check the Workspace Information. |
| Workspace Photo | Will be visible to the End User if they check the Workspace Information. |
